QOQO Solutions provides business automation, software implementation, digital transformation consulting, and related IT services. Our services are offered to businesses and individuals under mutually agreed proposals,
quotations, or service agreements.

- Authorize QOQO Solutions to process information necessary to deliver our services.
3. Service Engagement and Payment
- Service engagements commence only after confirmation of scope and receipt of advance payment or purchase order, as applicable.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are accepted through Razorpay or other approved channels.
- Project timelines depend on client inputs and approvals.
- Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client responses may extend project delivery timelines.
4. Refund and Cancellation
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. In brief, refunds are only applicable before project commencement or in cases where QOQO Solutions fails to deliver agreed deliverables due to internal reasons.
5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the project.
- All deliverables, documentation, and materials created during the engagement remain the intellectual property of QOQO Solutions until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client gains the right to use project deliverables as defined in the scope of work.
- You agree not to reproduce, resell, or redistribute any proprietary materials, templates, or software provided by QOQO Solutions without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms such as Zoho, Razorpay, Google Workspace, Shopify or other SaaS tools.
QOQO Solutions is not responsible for any downtime, service limitations, or policy changes of such third-party providers.
7. Data Privacy
Your submission of personal or business information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We use your data only for legitimate business purposes and never sell your information to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
- QOQO Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses resulting from third-party system failures.
- Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service engagement if:
- Payments are not received as agreed.
- The client engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- The project scope is materially altered without mutual agreement.
Upon termination, the client is liable for all completed work and related costs up to that point.
10. Changes to Services or Pricing
We may revise, update, or discontinue any part of our website or services at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
Any change in service pricing or scope will be communicated in writing before implementation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
