Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

Our services involve detailed consultation, planning, and execution stages. Hence, we follow the below refund policy:

  • Once a project or service engagement is initiated and work has commenced (such as setup, configuration, or implementation), refunds are generally not applicable.
  • If you wish to cancel a project before the start of the work, you may request a partial refund (after deducting any administrative or processing charges).
  • In exceptional cases where QOQO Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons, a pro-rata refund may be processed based on the portion of work completed.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@qoqosolutions.com within 7 days of payment or before the project kickoff, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the project has entered the execution phase, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom software development or integrations already delivered.
  • Training, consultancy, or one-time service sessions completed.
  • Subscription or third-party SaaS licenses purchased on your behalf.
